Visitor Guidelines

When visiting Whitehouse Farm Centre all children aged 16 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult/carer at all times. All the play areas have been designed with children and adults in mind, age and height restrictions do apply in most of the areas as does adult supervision at all times.

We do not allow dogs on the park, with the exception of assistance dogs.

The Centre is mainly on the flat with tarmac walkways with the exception of our outdoor walkway which is grass and the walkway at the back of the Centre which is a gravel path.

An accessible toilet is located in the Café building. 

There is a mobility scooter as well as 3 manual wheelchairs available (a small returnable deposit is required). Please contact the Centre to reserve the use of one of these items as we have a limited amount.

Where can I warm my baby's food?

There are baby warming facilities available for visitors to warm milk and baby food in the main Cafe area.

Baby changing facilities

There are 2 baby changing rooms, which are located next to cafe toilet area.


Permitted in designated areas which include the indoor Picnic Barn which is heated for customer comfort. There are also a number of picnic benches located around the Centre.

Car Parking

All parking is free with disabled and coach parking areas. Vehicles are parked at your own risk so please check that all doors and windows are locked and closed before you enter the Centre.

In the event of a lost child please report to a member of staff so we may implement our policies and procedures. The Cafe is a location point for lost children to go to.

Please report any lost items to staff at the Gift Shop (located near to the entrance) on the day of your visit.

Alternatively please call (01670) 789998 to declare any lost items.

We have qualified First Aiders on site please report to a member of staff or alternatively report to the Cafe staff so that a member of the team can be located.

Sorry no pets are allowed within the Centre with the exception of assistance dogs.
