Annual Memberships

Please check your admission receipt/change carefully upon receipt as mistakes cannot be rectified, tickets exchanged or monies refunded at a later date. Discounts/offers can only be applied when paying for admission at the entrance gate, these cannot be exchanged or refunded at a later date.

Please Note: The Term-Time Weekday Offer is a discounted rate, therefore no further Discounts/Offers will be applied.

Whilst every effort is made to provide facilities stated, Whitehouse Farm Centre reserves the right to cancel or alter attractions without notice.

*For Health & Safety reasons Children aged 16 years and under will only be allowed entry to the Centre when they are accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.

Most major credit cards accepted. We regret we are unable to accept American Express and personal cheques. Last entrance 1 Hour before close!

Sorry, no pets are allowed within the Centre with the exception of assistance dogs.

Visitors with Disabilities

Visitors with a disability who require assistance and pay the standard entry fee (i.e. standard adult/senior/child admission) are eligible to one free carer to be admitted with them.

Any further members of the group will pay the standard price.

We regret that refunds will not be given if evidence is produced after admission.

Proof of disability will be requested which must be one of the following:-

1. A blue badge.

2. Statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS.

3. A letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper confirming you need a carer.

4. A letter from DWP stating:

a. That you are in receipt of carers allowance or

b. That you are in receipt of disability living allowance or

c. That you are receipt of personal independence payment or

d. That you are in receipt of attendance allowance

Pre- Booked groups of 20 or more paying customers.
