Earlier in the year, the charity Cash For Kids, a local charity aimed at responding to the needs of children in our local area and helping them realise launched their SuperVan initiative for 2018! As they are aimed at helping our local communities- we felt compelled to join in on their efforts and donated a family of 4 pass to the farm and an owl experience voucher to add to their pool of prizes for the big winner!

Local celebrities Steve and Karen from Metro Radio even came to the farm to pick up our donation and even stayed to bottle feed some of our lambs!

We were thrilled to hear of Cash For Kid's great success over this charity event- they have announced that they made over £40,000 for local communities over the course of the event. We even helped in our own way, donating 10% of our entry income over the May bank holiday weekend- which came to £1725! They do say that every little bit helps!

Hopefully we can continue to contribute and join in with any other charity events coming up in the near future!
