Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey - Tier 3 Update

Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey - Tier 3 Update

27 Nov 2020

We are delighted to confirm that Heather, Santa and the Elves have been working really hard to find a way our Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey can still run even though we have been put in Tier 3 in our area.

Santa has read the guidelines and checked them twice and we are now confident we have a solution that is both Safe and truly Magical. Hooray, Christmas has been saved!!

The event was always planned to be outdoors for the majority of the time, however we have now adapted the event to be fully outdoors. This way we can keep everyone safe and adhere to all the Government guidelines. We can promise you non of the magic has been lost, and we are confident we can still bring you all a Magical Festive event your whole family can enjoy.

Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey will begin with a ride on Santa’s Tractor and Trailer, where you will be transported to the Enchanted Forest. Set under twinkling lights you will meet our Friendly and very Funny elves who will help your children find their very own Believe Bell. Santa’s very own Reindeer will be in their forest pen and cannot wait to meet you all, and hopefully pose for some perfect family photos.

Santa will be in his sleigh waiting to speak to your individual family group/bubble, each child will receive some Magic Hay and a personalised reply letter from Santa, along with a special token to choose a quality gift in Santa’s Toyshop.

Children can meet Mrs Claus (socially distanced of course) and collect their Decorate a Biscuit at Home kit. We would love to see your creations so please share your pictures with us, we may even arrange some prizes for our favourite designs.

You will be given a timeslot to attend our special ‘Outdoor Elf School’ with the hilarious Head Elf.

Visit our Bird of Prey of Area and write you Secret Christmas Wish, add it to the Wishing Tree, from there it will be magically flown to the North Pole by one our majestic owls.

You will be welcome to enjoy all our outdoor play areas, jumping pillows, trampolines and go karts, as well as visiting our animals and enjoying some special outdoor animal interactions too.

If you are happy to attend then your original booking is safe and the chosen timeslot still applies, if however you are not happy with the new plan please do not worry we are happy to offer a full refund. If you would like a refund it is essential you contact us before 4pm on Tuesday 1st December 2020. There will be an elf in our office on Saturday 28th November 11am – 3pm, Monday 30th & Tuesday 31st November 9am – 4pm so you can give us a call on 01670 789998 or alternatively send us an email to info@whitehousefarmcentre.co.uk and one of our team will get back to you.

If you are happy to attend we can promise you we will be pulling out all the stops to make Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey the most magical event for you all, and will keep you all safe.
