Are you booked onto Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey?

25 Nov 2020

If your lucky enough to have snapped up tickets to our Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey Event then please make a cuppa (or pour yourself something stronger) and have a read through all the details.

First things first, please check you have your confirmation email as this contains information about the date, time, who you have booked for plus all the terms and conditions. If you cannot find your confirmation please email us at info@whitehousefarmcentre.co.uk with as much information as possible about your booking, the name its booked under, date, time etc and we can forward you a copy. You will need to bring this along with you on the day of your visit (either a printed copy or on your phone/device). Please check the details to ensure every person coming along has been booked for (even babies and members), every single person needs to be accounted for in our numbers for safety. Please also check spellings of children’s names are correct and that you have provided information for Santa to discuss with your child too. Please ensure any changes needed are given to us at least 7 days in advance as your visit, as we do prepare letters from Santa for the children and details for Santa’s book in advance of your visit.

The most important thing is to arrive on-time for your booking. We recommend planning to be with us 10 minutes before your allocated time slot. This is a guided experience and your elf cannot wait for late comers as this will affect the whole rest of the day, the event is sold out so we need to run a tight ship when it comes to timings and need to ensure everyone sticks to schedule so we can fully clean and sanitise each area between families visiting. It is your responsibility to arrive on-time, if you are late you will join your group wherever they are and you will have missed activities – one of the first things you do is visit Santa so we are sure you wont want to miss that. We cannot stress enough if you are late we will not be able to fit in the missed activities at a later time so please allow plenty of time for your journey.

When you arrive please head to the Gift Shop to book in, if you do arrive early please wait in your car until 10 minutes before your slot to avoid congestion in the shop. Once you have booked in you will be sent round to the picnic barn to meet your Elf Guide and start your experience.

This is a fully guided experience, we expect this to last approximately 2 and half hours, your elf will ensure you take part in all activities and arrive at the right place at the right time – meaning all you need to do is show up and have fun. After the guided experience you are free to stay at the farm to enjoy our play areas and visit are larger farm animals in their winter stables. You will not be able to re-access any of the areas your elf guide has taken you too, as other groups will be enjoying their guided tour.

Please note the Café will only be open for Takeaway drinks, snacks and sweet treats UNLESS you have booked one of our Elftastic Meal Deals. If you haven’t booked its not too late to add one on, this will guarantee you a table in the café and add an extra treat to the day for you.
