Santa's Enchanted Elf Journey 2024

Various dates between 23/11/24 - 24/12/24

A wonderous journey awaits you.

The Whitehouse farm elves are excited to present to you this year’s Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey, with even more magic for 2024.

This VIP Christmas experience will create magical memories to treasure with your loved ones. We have a jam-packed programme of festive fun, all included in the cost of your experience.

We have no time limit in place, so you are able to join in the festivities at your leisure for up to 7 hours on the day of your visit, if you wish of course. The only timed activity is your visit to the Enchanted Forest to meet Santa (when booking online, the timeslot you choose is the time you will depart on the festive tractor and trailer to the enchanted forest, but you are welcome to arrive earlier).

Your festive journey begins once you arrive at elf check in, one of our friendly elves will issue the children in your party with their ELF IN TRAINING PASSPORT and set you off on your way.

Please ensure all the trainee elf’s have written their letter to Santa and posted them in our post office before visiting the Enchanted Forest.

Tink the tractor Elf will transport you to the Enchanted Forest. The Enchanted Forest is home to Santa and his real reindeers. You will also meet the forest elves along the way, Twinkle, Jingle, Jangle, Sparkle, Twizzel and Twozzel.

On your Journey, you can help Sparkle feed the reindeers.

You can then set off to complete the Elf challenge, including fun and interactive festive themed games.

Don’t forget to stop off and see Prancer, Whitehouse Farm’s cheekiest resident!

Then fingers crossed, it’s time to see who is in the naughty & nice files.

Every child will meet Santa, in his cosy cabin for an intimate chat with the man himself. Each paying child will receive a golden ticket to spend on a gift of their choice from the elves toyshop, and a letter from Santa.

And even more surprises may await you.

Next, the festive tractor trailer will take you from the Enchanted Forest to the Elves toyshop to spend your golden ticket. You then have the rest of the day to enjoy other activities at your leisure.

Other festive activities to take part in include:

Visit the CUDDLE FACTORY to make your own animal character Teddy (new characters for 2024)

Attend this year’s interactive show “TINSEL TOY-MAS”. Tinsel the toy maker has the task of making Santa’s toys magical this Christmas. The only problem is they’ve lost the magic!! With the help of Buzz, Woody and Jessie, can they restore the magic in time for Christmas?

Take a stroll through our beautiful WINTER WONDERLAND, the perfect backdrop for your festive family photos.

Enrol in ELF SCHOOL with the hilarious Head Elf.

Visit the BAKERY where children can decorate festive biscuits.

Now remember, throughout your incredible Enchanted Elf Journey, you must collect all 12 stamps to complete your elf in training passport.

And then of course you can:

Woosh down our all-weather tubing slide the Castle Catapult

Hit up all our extensive play options, including go-carts, bouncy pillows, trampolines, pedal tractors and an adventure playground.

And if the winter weather isn’t treating us so kindly, we have a brand new, humungous in-door soft play for a fun (and warm) escape!

Enjoy lots of animal interactions with the farm elves, cuddle a whole host of animals including bunnies, Guinea pigs, mice, rats and skinny pigs.

Visit all our larger animals in their cosy Christmas Barns.

We just can’t wait to have you all for another year of festive fun!

The tractor ride is wheelchair accessible; it has a ramp and also a space to secure a wheelchair.

The farm is not open to the public, the site is limited to those booked onto the experience which helps with a calmer environment.

The only timed activity is your timed slot to head to the enchanted forest, all other things can be done at your own leisure. The shows have 4 showings each and everything else is on 10-4, meaning you aren’t stuck to a rigid timetable.

We have a changing places toilet and 3 sensory rooms to ensure everyone can enjoy a full day out.

We have gluten free/vegan biscuits available for the biscuit decorating activity, as well as gluten free/vegan marshmallows and sprinkles.

Our staff have been trained in neurodivergence by the lovely Nic from PANDAS, we try to help wherever we can. Please let us know if you have any particular needs, we are always happy to listen!

Please ensure you carefully read all the information below to ensure you get the most out of your visit.

The farm park can be accessed from 10am (9am on Christmas Eve) on the date you have tickets booked for, however once at the farm, it is your responsibility to be at the allocated tractor stop for your timeslot to see Santa.

You must arrive promptly, and it is recommended you get to the tractor stop a few minutes early. If you are just arriving for your timeslot, please allow plenty of time to get to us. Refunds will not be processed if you miss your slot due to arriving late. Arriving at elf check-in at least 15 minutes early is recommended.

Please note, If you have booked a slot to visit Santa in the morning you will have ample time to take part in all the other Christmas activities after your visit to the Enchanted Forest. However, we strongly advise anyone with a slot booked after 1pm to arrive no later than 1pm to ensure you have time to take part in all the Christmas activities on offer before your Santa visit.

Please ensure a ticket is selected for everyone who is coming along, all adults, children and babies need a ticket. We offer a free under 12 months ticket, this is for accompanying siblings only and can only be used if you are adding a paid child to your basket too. The under 12 months ticket does not include gifts or letters from Santa, biscuits, or any of the items included in the child ticket. They can still visit Santa with the rest of the group.

This event is running both indoors and outdoors, please dress appropriately for weather. Hats, gloves, winter coats and multiple layers are recommended, especially for children. It can get extremely cold if guests are not dressed appropriately to spend a significant amount of time outdoors. Please also wear sensible footwear; there may be mud, puddles and hopefully snow.

Please select your timeslot carefully, there are strictly NO REFUNDS available for Santa’s Enchanted Elf Journey tickets. If there are spaces on alternative day’s we MAY be able to offer an exchange, however this can only be done if reasonable notice is given (at least 48 hours) and subject to availability. Where there is availability to swap slots, changes will incur an admin charge of £2.00 per booking to exchange.

At the time of booking, we ask for brief information about the children in your party to enhance the visit with Santa. This information will not be shared with any other company.

To help us make the event as accessible as possible if you are attending with a wheelchair user, please let us know by emailing info@whitehousefarmcentre.co.uk

Please choose the under 2 ticket if you would like your little one to be involved in the event. If you have booked an Under 2 ticket for your child you may be asked to provide evidence of their age. An Under 2 ticket is for children under 24 months only. If this applies to your child, please bring evidence (birth certificate) along with you on the day. We offer 2 different, high quality performances 4 times each per day by outside performers, a build a bear-esque activity included with each paying child (with a value of £20), a high quality choice of toys to pick from as your gift from Santa, biscuit decorating, a winter wonderland walk-through, an Elf passport to collect stamps for each child, a letter writing station with a chance to post your letter to the North Pole. In the Enchanted Forest we have several festive stops to complete fun challenges, interact with Elves, meet and feed Reindeers and of course meeting the big man himself.

We also offer all our usual Farmtastic activities, now a farm may not seem like the funnest idea in the lovely winter weather, however fear not, our newly refurbished in-door soft play offers a great option for some extra fun. We also have indoor petting sessions all day and all our large animals will all be cosy in our indoor barns so you still get a farm-fun experience no matter the weather.

What ticket do I choose for my child?

Babes in arms - this is for accompanying infants of already paying children. It is a free ticket, however includes no involvement in the event. They don't receive any of the goodies off Santa. They of course can go into Santa's hut with the rest of the group though. This ticket can not be purchased without at least 1 paying child.

Under 2 Ticket - This is for children under the age of 24 months whom you wish to be involved in the event. They receive all the same things as the child 2-16 ticket, there's only a slight difference in price due to under 2's not paying entrance into the farm on a typical day.

Child (2-16) - This ticket is for all children over the age of 24 months. If you have a believer who is over the age of 16, please choose this ticket. An adult ticket does not include all the added extra's. Choosing this ticket means your believer will receive all the goodies off Santa.

What is the timeslot for?

Your chosen timeslot is the time you will head to the Enchanted forest on the tractor. Here you will visit Santa, as well as a few more festive stops. Your welcome to arrive to the farm from 10am on the day of your visit to take part in all the other activities at your leisure. Those booked for any slot after 1pm, are recommended to arrive no later than 1pm to ensure they have ample time to take part in all the activities.

Can I come after School?

Although we have some timeslots on a weekday that follow school time, it is not recommended to come for a visit after school. Recommended lasty entry is 1pm to ensure you have ample time to complete all other activities. The farm park closes at 5pm, with a lot of activities finishing at 4:30pm.

Will you be releasing anymore slots?

All tickets will be released on the 31st of July at 10am. We don't do multiple phases and so we don't ever release anymore. If all weekdays sell out, we have two extra weekday's we could release, but there will be no more weekend slots released.

My child is under two, is it suitable?

You will definitely have a great day, no matter what. However, we do think our event is geared more towards those 2/3+. It is a full day out, with so much interaction and so many things to take part in. It's totally dependent on your child, if you have any particular concerns, do reach out.

I'm booked for 10am, what time do I arrive?

The farm opens at 10am, however those booked for the 10am slot, please arrive at 9:45 so you can get checked in and up to the tractor stop in time.
