Facilities available:
Baby changing facilities are available they are located in Nelsons Pig Trough (café).
In Nelson’s Pig trough (café) there is baby warming facilities available.
An accessible toilet is located in the café building.
We accept all credit debit cards with the exception of American express.
We have a cash machine on site which accepts chip and pin cards with the Link symbol, there is no charge for withdrawals.
Accessibility the centre is mainly on the flat with tarmac walkways with the exception of our outdoor walkway which is grass and the walkway at the back of the centre which is gravel a path.
Visitor guidelines:
When visiting the farm all children must be supervised by an adult/carer
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult/ carer.
All the Play areas have been designed with children and adults in mind age and height restrictions do apply in most of the areas as does adult supervision at all times.
Lost Children:
In the event of a lost child please report it to a member of farm staff as we have clear policies and procedures in place also lost children can be located at the main café.
Lost property:
Please report any lost items to staff at the centre's gift shop (located near to the entrance) on the day of your visit alternatively please call (01670) 789998 to declare any lost items.
First Aid:
We have qualified First Aiders on site please report to the café so that a member of the team can be located.
Picnics: Permitted in designated areas only.
Dogs: Sorry no pets are allowed in the farm with the exception of assistance dogs. Unfortunately we do not have kennel facilities.
Car Parking: All parking is free with disabled and coach parking. Vehicles are parked at your own risk so please check that all doors and windows are locked and closed before you enter the farm.
There is a mobility scooter as well as 3 Manual wheelchairs available ( a small returnable deposit is required).
