What are your opening times?
Feb-April- Tuesday to Sunday 10AM-5PM
May- to end of August Daily 10am-5PM
Sept-Dec-Tuesday to Sunday 10am -5pm
With the exception of Nov and Jan which is weekends only 10AM-4PM
We are open on all the Mondays in the school holidays and Bank holidays.
What is there to do?
You are able to feed handle and stroke most of the animals. There are various indoor and outdoor play areas. Also watch out for the special events we do throughout the year.
How do we find you by car?
How do we get there by public transport?
Unfortunately we don’t have any direct public transport past the entrance gate the nearest is about 1.5 miles away and then a walk up a country lane alternatively you can either get the bus or train into Morpeth and then get Taxi back out to the centre.
What Catering facilities do you have?
Our café offers anything from coffees and cakes to light lunches Kids hot and cold meals or even traditional home-cooked meals (hot food is served from 11.30am to 2.30pm) there are also high chairs and baby food warming facilities.
What age group is the farm aimed at?
The Farm is for all age groups and abilities as there is lots to do.
Do you do Birthday Parties?
Do you Take credit cards?
Yes we accept all credit and debit cards with the exception of American express.
Do you have a cash machine?
No sorry we don’t have this facility.
Do you have a public telephone?
No sorry we don’t have one but if you require a phone in an emergency please do ask in the gift shop at the farm entrance.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes we do there is two and they are both in the café building.
Do you have an accessible toilet?
Yes we do there is one available in the café building.
What will I do if I should require any First aid?
There are first aid points on the farm they are in the café and at the farm Gift Shop at the entrance.
Do you have wheelchairs for loan?
Yes we do we also have an electric scooter and manual wheelchairs a small returnable deposit is required. We recommend that you call before you visit to book one.
Are dogs allowed on the farm?
Sorry only assistance dogs allowed.
